Abortion law passed in Ireland
In July 2013, Irish parliament agreed to pass an abortion law. It became law on January 1st, 2014.1
This law is fairly restricitve and has drawn criticism from United Nations demanding it be made readily available to all women, not just in cases of emergency situations.2
Take note that the UN's push to influence sovereign nation decisions is a sign of things to come.
